Fill out the Rx with the patient, product, shade, and any special instructions so our technicians can start right away.
Send upper and lower scans or impressions with a bite registration. When scanning, check for missed areas and rescan before the patient leaves.
Shade photos and notes about the patient's expectations help us match esthetics the first time. If anything is unclear, we'll reach out.
